Erica Minchella is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law. She practiced in Bankruptcy Law for 18 years and now concentrates her practice in Real Estate Litigation and transactions. She has been named one of the top 10 Residential Real Estate Lawyers for the State of Illinois by Leading Lawyers Publications, serves on the Board of IRELA, ISBA Real Estate Section Council and is President and Founder of the Association of Foreclosure Defense Attorneys. She is also a columnist for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
