JUDGE CELIA GAMRATH
In 2010, the Illinois Supreme Court appointed Judge Celia Gamrath to the Circuit Court of Cook County. She was elected by voters in 2012 and retained in 2018. Judge Gamrath is assigned to the General Chancery Division.
Prior to becoming a judge, Judge Gamrath was an appellate law clerk for Justice Thomas Rakowski of the First District Appellate Court. She later became a partner of Schiller, DuCanto & Fleck, the largest law firm in the country focusing exclusively on family law.
JUDGE DANIEL B. MALONE
On February 24, 2009, Malone was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to a 3rd Subcircuit judgeship in the Circuit Court of Cook County. He was elected to a six-year term in November 2010 and retained in 2016. Malone was initially assigned to the 1st Municipal District, Traffic Center.
In March 2011, he was transferred to Housing Court. In 2013, he was reassigned to the Probate Division where he handled Minor Guardianship and Disabled Adult Guardianship cases. In October 2016, he was reassigned to Decedent’s Estates in Room 1807. In July 2019, he was named as the Acting Presiding Judge of the Probate Division.

JUDGE PATRICIA O’BRIEN SHEAHAN
Judge Sheahan is a Cook County Circuit Court judge, currently assigned to Law Division, Motions Section, Calendar D, Courtroom 2207 in the Daley Center. She previously covered civil non-jury trial courtrooms and a civil jury motion call, as well as a post-judgment and miscellaneous remedies call in the First Municipal District.
Judge Sheahan serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Judges Association and serves as a Topic Editor of the Illinois Judicial Benchbook on Civil Law and Procedure.
