Forty years Election Law experience: ballot access, discovery recounts, and election contests; appointed as chair and public member by Circuit Court of Cook County to various local electoral boards; counsel or consultant on numerous appellate cases; three times chair CBA Election Law Committee; author, "Ballot Access", IICLE Election Law Handook since 1991.
General Editor and co-author, "Power to Tax", IICLE, State and Local Taxation Handbook since 2004.
Over 150 appearances as a presenter or moderator at professional conferences/seminars in over 30 U.S.and Canadian cities before 20 professional organizations on real estate taxation/assessment administration; author, contributor, editor 25 professional articles, anthologies, publications, reports, studies or stan-dards and member many task forces/committees in those fields; 30 years, ISBA State and Local Taxation Sec-tion Council; retired 44 years of government service.
Recipient, numerous awards/citations of International Association of Assessing Officers, including Donahoo (1996), Member of the Year (2006), and inaguaral class of Fellows (2018) with 28 years sevice on the Legal Committee and 10 times Chair; member National Confernce of State Tax Judges (1996-2010), Chair (2002-2004), and Tax Judge of the Year (2005).
Adjunct professor UIC John Marshall Law School in public finance; lecturer at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, DePaul College of Law, University of Illinois, and JMLS on real estate taxation, subsi-dized housing, national foreclosure crisis, and Articles III and IX of the Illinois Constitution.

Co-recipient with wife Judith Hamill of Archdiocese of Chicago Christi Fidelis Award (2014) and Regina Dominican Martin De Porres (2010) and Regina Caeli (2017) Awards; co-author with daughter Nicole Jaconetty (2015) of published 50 page historical monograph on creation in Chicago in 1899 of the first formally orgainzed juvenile court in the world.
