Bio
Andrew J. Mazzuca is a trial lawyer with over 15 years of experience representing accident victims. His practice is focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving construction negligence, premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, products liability, and trucking and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Mazzuca’s past experience has also extended to issues involving insurance coverage, subrogation, and trust and estate litigation. He has successfully represented clients in numerous jury trials throughout the Chicagoland area, the Illinois Appellate Courts and in various Alternative Dispute Resolution forums. Prior to joining Morici, Longo and Associates, Mr. Mazzuca was a trial attorney at another personal injury firm in Chicago, and an associate attorney at a law firm that represented several major national insurance companies.
Mr. Mazzuca attended the Indiana University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal. Additionally, during his law school studies, Mr. Mazzuca prosecuted major felony criminal cases as a Certified Legal Intern in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Mazzuca is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and resides in Chicago with his wife and children.
