JSOL is hosting a fun virtual dinner. Chef Halee Raff will be cooking for us!. We are invited into her kitchen to cook along side her as she prepares ricotta and toast points with toppings.
In addition, the Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates for the 2021-2022 Officers. Additional nominations will be accepted from the floor.
Meet Our Guest Chef! Chef Halee Raff of HardBittenn
Halee is a young chef who started Hardbittenn in the beginning of the pandemic. Since launching, Chef Halee’s been in high demand creating chef made, restaurant quality meals delivered straight to people's homes, weekly dinner series, cooking classes, and has expanded her delicious offerings to custom cakes, baked goods and pop tarts.
Halee graduated from Johnson and Wales culinary school in 2014. Within seven years, she worked her way up to an executive position and has worked in some of Chicago's amazing Michelin starred restaurants, including Tru, Sixteen, Naha and Momotaro!
