This is the 71st Annual St. Columbus Day Parade in Chicago!
Bring your family and fellow Justinians to ride the float down State Street in the PREMIER part of the Columbus Day Parade!
Monday, October 9th, 2023 at 12:30pm
The Justinian Society’s float will leave from the junction of Wacker Drive and Dearborn Street. Please arrive no later than 11am if you want to be part of the float. (Note the roads will be closed by 11.30am.) Float number to be announced.
The day starts with 9 A.M. mass at The Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii, 1244 Lexington Avenue, Chicago. Immediately following mass is a wreath-laying ceremony in Arrigo Park.
The parade kicks off at 12:30 P.M. at the corner of State Street and Wacker Drive. At 3pm: Parade Party in Casa Italia, Stone Park.
